Sri Lanka's second GEF National Dialogue is taking place in Colombo on July 17-18 with over 150 participants from various ministries and government agencies, representatives of provincial councils, CSOs, academia, private sector, and GEF Agencies.
The objectives of the Dialogue are to (i) identify priority activities for GEF-6, (ii) strengthen country coordination and ownership, and (iii) raise awareness about the GEF and its strategies and operational procedures.
The main output of the Dialogue will be the National Portfolio Formulation Document (NPFD) to be submitted in the following months.
