To reduce sea-based marine plastic litter (SBMPL) from the shipping and fisheries sectors, particularly in selected Large Marine Ecosystems (LMEs)

Indicator OB1: Number of countries engaged in regional and/or global partnerships.
Indicator OB2: Number of countries where policies/initiatives supported by the project were adopted or are in process of being adopted/negotiated.
Indicator OB3: Satisfaction score of direct stakeholders.
