The objective of the project is to identify means to support Belize’s own sustained capacity to fulfill its obligations in the context of the Stockholm Convention, including the preparation of a National Implementation Plan focused on Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), that will more widely cover aspects important to the safe and environmentally sound management of chemicals and wastes.
