This virtual webinar introduced two projects supported by the GEF, which initiated effective private sector engagement and multi-stakeholder dialogues to advance at scale development of policy frameworks to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, enhancement of capacity and technologies of GHG emissions, reduction of pollution from e-waste such as mercury and persistent organic pollutants (POPs), and establishment of a sustainable e-waste management system.

The event also introduced key lessons learned and challenges on private sector engagement and multi-stakeholder dialogues from these projects and participants discussed the relevance of lessons from the projects specific to the ongoing and future work of the GEF and the larger partnership.
