To ensure that biodiversity and ecosystem functions within and around marine and terrestrial PAs in Grenada are better protected from threats through the adoption of an integrated “ridge to reef” approach that increases PA management effectiveness and applies targeted sustainable land management practices

To integrate South Africa’s obligations under the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) into its national spatial, development and sectoral planning frameworks through a renewed and participative ‘biodiversity planning’ and strategizing process, in a manner that is in line with the global guidance contained in the CBD’s Strategic Plan for 2011-2020.

To strengthen the climate monitoring capabilities, early warning systems and available information for responding to climate shocks and planning adaptation

To mitigate the Russian Federation’s contribution to anthropogenic climate change by improving the resource efficiency and reducing the GHG emissions of the key manufacturing industries operating in the Republic of Tatarstan as well as by enhancing the agro-forestry industry’s capacities to produce planting material required by Tatarstan’s Ministry of Forestry for climate change mitigating carbon sink enhancement.
