GHG mitigation from the buildings sector in Iran through legislative, policy and regulatory reforms and implementation of cost-effective mitigation measures as well as increasing the share of distributed renewable energies (specifically solar water heaters) to meet the energy requirements of new buildings and existing stock

The Project Development Objective is to improve the management of marine resources in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden in selected MPAs building on resource protection, incentive systems for communities and the harmonization of the knowledge base of marine resources between PERSGA member countries.

The project will assist legislators and parliamentarians in a global discourse on developing regulatory tools and applied public policy to address land use change and ecosystem degradation.
